Best Prevention Advice:
The World Health Organization has the following prevention recommendations, simple, easy steps to follow to help contain the virus and protect yourself.
Their message is clear. There is no need to wear masks unless you are sick. Follow simple hygiene rules like regularly washing your hands for at least 20 to 30 seconds in soapy water.
Dry your hands with disposable paper towels or with your own private towel. The virus can live for a time on open surfaces.
Take care not to touch surfaces in public places if you can avoid them and clean your hands afterwards.
Try also to avoid touching your face until after you have washed and dried your hands.
Don’t attend public gatherings and practice ‘social distancing’, keeping at least 3 feet away from others.
Traveling overseas is a rapidly changing affair.
Immigration restrictions and quarantine laws are changing rapidly as the numbers of cases recorded are updated. For example, from 15th March 2020 the New Zealand and Australian governments will be enforcing self-isolation for 14 days for travelers. If you’re traveling for business, this may just be a catch.
If you are ill, don’t go to work, stay at home and seek medical advice.

How to stay safe and be responsible with COVID-19
Only call for medical attention in case of uncontrolled fever, difficulty to breathe and the signs and symptoms make you so sick that you really need care.
This advice is because nearly 80% of those patients, even if infected with Covid-19 DO NOT need hospital care. Just need to self-isolate, stay well-nourished and in all probability, you will be well in 14 days.
Personal hygiene and social isolation or self-quarantine remain the two most important factors to prevent spread of Covid-19.
If anyone has fever, cough or flu like symptoms they should stay at home, take care and self-isolate. This is the best way to prevent the spread.
