A week of collaborations between Myanmar and European chefs, highlighting local Myanmar products and the diversity of culinary traditions.
Activities under the Euro Myanmar Food Fusion Week (FFW) started already in the beginning of October and include:
- Introduction session among local chefs
- Briefing with local producers and Myanmar local products
- Cooking workshops among local chefs
- Cooking sessions and interaction with European chefs David Aldea (Spain), Jens Heier (Germany), and Massimiliano Scotti (Italy).
- Gelato Making Competition
- Design and presentation of special food fusion dishes by participating local restaurants.
