Have you planned your weekend? If not, check our guide. We’ve got a thrift shop, a market and a Tapas promotion.
Things we have noted
Thrift fashion is now a trend among the youths since the idea of recycling clothes and accessories becomes more appealing (of course, Macklemore’s song also helps). Old StuffX and The Community will host a thrift shop at Kantharyar Shopping Centre from 2-4 September. Who knows you might find freaking awesome stuff with only 20 dollars.
Promotion you can’t miss
Indulge yourself in the delicious and authentic Spanish Tapas! Enjoy the finest dishes with Latin Night, Live Music & Latin Dance Class with “Ghizzy” and an amazing rooftop view.
Includes the Tapas Menu, Spanish Sangria, Red Wine, White Wine and Sparkling Wine only at US$29+ per person. Learn more and book here.
(6pm – 9pm) 2 Sep | Melia Yangon
Place we’re revisiting
This Sunday we’re revisiting Gekko to enjoy delicious sushi while listening to the live music by Monkey Tennis. It begins from 6pm until late.
Event we’re visiting
Art Che Lone Home Shop has planned its 5th edition of Youth Market at Junction Mawtin for four days. Expect 50 local brands selling from clothes to deserts.
2-5 Sep | (Promotion area and 1st Floor) Junction Mawtin
Experience we’re planning
To celebrate the 5th anniversary, Lotte Hotel Yangon offers a staycation package inclusive of Premier Lake View Room, buffet breakfast and dinner for two people. The price begins at US$200. This package is available throughout September.
