Seafood fans will delight in the latest culinary offering from Novotel Yangon Max hotel which launched on Friday November 2nd. The ‘Hooked on Seafood’ buffet sees guests let loose on three different counters. The Cold Bar, packed with Alaskan king crabs, oysters and lobsters, allows you to feast on a selection of chilled delicacies.
At the Fish Market, you can take your pick of a wide range of fish, straight from the sea including prawns and octopus. You can also choose how you want it prepared and take your pick from a range of sauces.
Elsewhere at the Chef’s Table you try everything from freshly made sashimi to roasted duck and grilled steak, ensuring there’s something for everyone. Be sure to check out the frying counter which offers soft shell crabs fried in batter with mashed green pea puree.
For dessert, choose between chocolate fountains, ice cream, various pastries and fruit are offered. A ticket to this feast costs only $37 with free flow soft drinks, coffee and tea and $45 with free flow wine, beer and cocktails. The buffet is available on Fridays, from 6.00pm to 10.30pm weekly.
