Steak Out is the new bistro and bar open in the new financial center on 46th street, and their Grand Opening Promotion is ending tomorrow, 20th of August. As of now, you can get 20% off all dishes, non-alcoholic drinks and wine. 
The vibe is business casual, entrees range from 10,000 Ks to 20,000Ks more or less. They have much more than steak by the way, their pork chop (pictured above) is a highlight and they serve homemade pasta as well.
