Now you can have a la carte dim sum breakfast at the Royal Pavilion every Sunday morning from 8 am to 11 pm. and 11:30 am to 2:30 pm for lunch, and dinner from 6:30 am to 10:30 pm.
For a la carte dim sum, they have 47 choices of steamed dim sum; including their famous Barbecue Pork Bun, Steamed Mushroom Bun, Bean curd Roll with Oyster Sauce, Steamed Curry Spare Ribs, Prawn Rice Roll with Salted Vegetable, Cristal Jade Chicken Puff and more.
“For our valuable customers’ convenience, we prepared a la carte menu and minimize the price from 2USD to maximum 3.5USD per one dim sum” their Executive Chef Steven said.
Their special dishes for July are Rainbow Xiao Long Bao and Standing Duck. Thus, you can have the Rainbow Xiao Long Bao with 8.8USD only during July to September as a promotion. What include in the Rainbow Xiao Long Bao are;

The other dish is called the Standing Duck which is specially roasted, dried for 8 hours, steamed and smoked again, splash with a spray of vodka, and it serves with four sauces and salad, potato, carrot, tofu, Taigon and cucumber to wrap with duck slices. This one is highly recommended for family and friends gathering. The sauces you can choose from Standing Duck menu are;
