HLA Women, located on the second floor, offers Beauty-2-Wellness programmes, health, facial and body treatments, especially curated for women, and delivered by women, at an exclusive all-women sanctuary.

HLA Hair is another unique service offering, with head and hair treatments designed to enhance the beauty of hair and ensure that your hair and sculp are kept in their best condition. In addition to our spectacular three-level facility, we also offer a truly unique, exclusive and bespoke experience for individuals and groups requiring a high level of privacy and hospitality with HLA VIP. Two luxurious suites, located in the adjoining two-storey building, with own entrance, offers absolute privacy for individuals, couples and party groups wishing to enjoy private wellness in the seclusion of your own private suite. Each VIP Suite can be booked on an hourly basis and offers a fully customisable experience.

Topping off the HLA wellness journey is HLA Restaurant located on our rooftop and open to all. HLA Restaurant has an appealing selection of delicious Western fare. Choose from a healthy menu of Vitality dishes crafted from fresh, locally sourced ingredients and more indulgent delights with our Treat Yourself selection, complemented by a Juice Bar and variety of teas. The wellness-inspired restaurant serves a mix of dishes that will seduce the senses, satisfy your hunger and keep you in shape.
