This self-proclaimed ‘Oasis in the City’ has a certain mercurial quality. Sunset hues bleed into the pools while the vast garden area offers relaxation after a long, hot and stressful day. The restaurant provides Italian as well as local foods to match your wine, cocktail or soft drink.
Excellent hot pot buffet of fried foods, suhi, and dim-sum plus a selection of fruits, drinks and dessert (a` la carte menu is on offer if you prefer more options than what they serve for buffet),. Gets crowded fast, so come early for dinner.

A no-fuss, Korean-owned steak house set in a rustic, albeit trendy building. Popular every night, they have succulent steaks and ribs, all at a very reasonable rate. The reviews were mixed during their first weeks at the new venue but now quality is back at full standard.

Peppers focuses mainly Asian and Western food, with their motto being “Great place for eating out with the family”, with a friendly and lively atmosphere. Prices are reasonable and the favorite is the pepper-stuffed chicken (large chicken fillet in bread crumbs with a creamy sauce inside, served with carbonara and a cauliflower-potato bake) and like most other dishes, it is a very generous portion that will definitely fill you up.
This nightclub hosts most of the YG parties such as the FAB parties (Gay, Lesbian and friends), and also a whole range of themed parties (80s, 90s..). However, and apart from these occasional events, it remains a typical Yangon nightclub.
One of Yangon’s quirkiest Korea restaurants, it is also the city’s only place to sample North Korean cuisine. The food is not to be confused with that from the South, where there are many accompanying side dishes. Dishes include kimchi, hot pots, soups and curries. There is a quirky North Korean cultural performance.
Despite the name, this venue is great for families and friends alike. Not only is it open till late, there is also a 24-hour food court right upstairs.
