Reimagining the elegance and flavours of old-world Burma, The Pansodan is a newly lit beacon on Yangon’s most celebrated culinary street. This quaint little restaurant that sits on the first floor of a traditional Burmese building also doubles up as an art gallery. There’s a small table (it only seats two people) that sits on the balcony and it offers a great view of the bustling street life below. There are only half a dozen tables but the art on the walls make it an enjoyable place.
