Spice Brasserie of Park Royal dishes out International buffet dinners from Sundays to Thursdays at US$33 nett per person with soft drinks or US$38 nett per person with either beer or wine. ‘They carry a good selection of meats, salads, pasta and desserts. The chef tries to plate “Daily Specials” to keep regular diners intrigued and new diners captivated.
