Meringue is a new, no-fuss coffee shop round the block. Coffees and pastries are made fresh and complimentary Wifi is available for a connected cuppa. They were still fine-tuning their recipes at time of print, but soon their Egg pudding and Waffles will no doubt delight the kids (and not only kids!). The quiche is nice for a light lunch.
China Street Food and Drink is a new instragrammable place in downtown Yangon, the place is decorated with bright red and blue lights and Chinese trinkets. The place is aesthetically pleasing and offers a wide variation of Chinese dishes. They are well known for their Taiwan Bubble Tea due to the packaging and taste of the beverage.

A popular spot in the trendy Yaw Min Gyi quarter, Aung Mingalar offers a terrific mix of Shan and local dishes. Also highly recommended are the fried dumplings. It is a pleasant venue with open doors that gets a cool breeze. A great restaurant for people watching that attracts foreigners and locals alike.
