Adobo, from which the restaurant takes its names, is a classic Filipino dish in which various meats and vegetables are cooked in a sauce of vinegar, soy sauce, salt, pepper, garlic, and aromatic herbs. The restaurant does a selection of chicken, pork, chicken feet, squid, and water cress in its signature sauce.

Meringue is a new, no-fuss coffee shop round the block. Coffees and pastries are made fresh and complimentary Wifi is available for a connected cuppa. They were still fine-tuning their recipes at time of print, but soon their Egg pudding and Waffles will no doubt delight the kids (and not only kids!). The quiche is nice for a light lunch.
