Min Lann is famous for its seafood and Rakhine, noodle called Rakhine Mote Tee. Choose your fish, lobster or shells from the counter: they will cook it as you order and serve it with green chilli sauce. There are many outlets of Min Lann Restaurant in Yangon and all are crowded till late at night.

Went there last evening. Their special, Grouper, is probably the best fish I have had. It is not cheap but quality is good. For six people it ended up at 120 USD.
