Pansodan Art Gallery has a variety of contemporary art, displays on print and motion picture history, older works, gift items, books, cards, solar lights, frequent exhibitions and occasional events.
Pansodan Gallery sells affordable original paintings. Most of the paintings sell for $200–1000, but we have watercolours as low as 10,000 kyat, and books and small items for 1000-30,000 kyat.
Pansodan Gallery is at 286 Pansodan (upper block), first floor. Open every day, also holidays, 10-6, and late on Tuesdays.
Pansodan Scene is at 144 Pansodan, the nearest stairway to Maha Bandoola, opposite the Ganesh Temple. There is no sign yet — look for the faded-red-and-yellow Sapay Loka sign, go up the stairs and continue past the bookshop to the second floor.
Pansodan Scene is open most days, but occasionally closed for workshops and private events. Phone 095 13 08 46 to check status.
Established in May of 2010, GALLERY 65 is one of Yangon’s most vibrant and unique art galleries. “Always fresh, new & original”
