If you really want to treat yourself, J Cineplex is offering premium showings for the 2D version.
For our local film enthusiasts, the brand-new Myanmar movie Maung Nar Lisa has just debuted. It joins the ranks alongside other local hits currently playing, such as Shwe Pin Oh and Mee Chal.
Feeling brave? You have two solid options for horror. Kijsada Paradise, a 2026 Thai horror film, is showing with Myanmar subtitles. Meanwhile, for English speakers, the terrifying Evil Dead Burn is playing with English subtitles. Finally, Kollywood fans can catch the Tamil movie Jananayagan, which also features English subtitles.
