One of the best things about the new setup is the location. Tucked right next to the main office tower lobby, Bon Bon Bistro serves as a perfect bridge between work and play. It is easily accessible whether you are coming from the office lobby or strolling over from the Bloom Shopping Mall.
For those who enjoy a bit of fresh air with their espresso, the bistro features a charming outdoor seating area. Situated right next to the lobby entrance, it’s a prime people-watching spot and a breezy escape for an al fresco lunch or a afterwork dinner. Inside, the vibe is playful and retro-modern, with crisp white-and-red plates (reminding you to “Enjoy!” and “Bon Appétit”) that keep the energy high.
What to Expect: Two Worlds, One Kitchen
The menu is split between “Western” and “Local Favourites.” During our first visit, we decided to put both sides of the kitchen to the test.

The Local Star: We opted for the Mawlamyine Htamin Thote with Grilled Fish (18,000 MMK). The rice was well seasoned, capturing that tangy, savory essence of Mon-style cuisine. Topped with a generous, crispy-skinned piece of grilled fish, it’s a hearty, soulful dish.

The Western Classic: The Beef Lasagna (30,000 MMK) arrived bubbling and rich. It’s thick, cheesy, and packed with a deep, slow-cooked ragu—exactly what you want when you’re craving a proper Mediterranean carb-fix.

The Signature Snacks: You can’t visit a place called Bon Bon without trying their namesake snacks. The Potato and Cheese Bon Bons and the Pork Bon Bons are golden, crispy spheres of joy—the ultimate crowd-pleasers.
The Sweet Finish
Chef Orng’s team knows their way around a pastry kitchen. The Chocolate Mousse (15,000 MMK) is silky, dark, and decadent, while the Tiramisu (13,000 MMK) hits those essential coffee and mascarpone notes with precision. It’s the kind of dessert menu that makes “just one bite” impossible.
