This year’s SheCreates Week kick-started yesterday. The seven-day event will feature panel discussions with speakers from various backgrounds, practical creative workshops and pop-up markets on the weekends.
The most exciting programme of the event would be the bus tour where you’ll have a chance to visit artisan workshops across Yangon. The tour begins at 8:30 am in the morning from the SheCreates Showroom in Sanchaung on 3 – 4 June.
The trip will have multiple stops per day before the ending at the Round House for the pop-up market. Over 50 vendors will display their products, crafts, and cuisine at the market. You can see the itinerary and book for the tour here.
If you are curious about starting and running a business from the sketch, why not join the panel discussion at Goethe Institute on 2 June? You will discover the key elements necessary for fostering innovation in various fields. Distinguished panelists will share insights, strategies, and success stories in this dynamic and inspiring discussion. You can register here.
An exhibition of some of the best works of SheCreates’ artists will also be featured at Goethe Institute from 1 – 8 June. Make sure you check our some of the industry’s juiciest creations.
The event has other activities and you can check them on their official Facebook page. Let’s cherish and support local entrepreneurs!
