Yangon Book Plaza is celebrating its 6th anniversary with a mega book sale. Around 30 bookstores will participate and the discounts vary from 10% to 20%. The three-day event begins Saturday.

For outdoor people, a pre-Thingyan party will be organised at Shwe Htut Tin Event Park this weekend. There will be four zones, wet, colour, bubble and entertainment, each with its own fun activities. The ticket prices are Ks20,000 for adults and Ks15,000 for children. Book via their Facebook page.
