Myanmar street food is one of the most underrated snacks in Southeast Asia. Since the country is a place where many different cultures co-exist, street food draws a lot of culinary disciplines and inspirations from them. The results are fun and flavourful meals with interesting background stories.

Sa Ba Street Food Tours has joined hands with the celebrated SEEDS Restaurant & Lounge to bring low-key street snacks to a new level. Expect mont lin maya (or a couple’s snack) with shrimp and fresh mints and lan tha yel mont (a kind of fried crepe with savoury stuffings) with mala sausage and yoghurt. You can also learn about them.

A ticket to the 3-hour event on 4 February in the lavish garden of SEEDS is US$35 and comes with a free flow of locally inspired cocktails and a DJ. Book fast to avoid disappointment!
