New things we have noted
Meru Windermere houses six restaurants and bars in the heart of Yangon’s posh neighbourhood. It will launch its first market experience starting from 1 December. The four-day event will see dozens of both local and international brands selling food, cosmetics, clothes and many more.

Promotions you can’t miss
Novotel‘s December Brunch Buffet has come back with live stations of diners’ favourite seafood, roasts, grilled dishes, desserts, a live cocktail station and free-flow beverages. The price is US$37 per person with an additional $15 for a free flow of reds, whites, cocktails and beer. Diners can relax at the swimming pool, located on the 6th floor after lunch. Place we’re revisiting
Tom N Toms needs no introduction. The first cafe opened its doors at the Yangon airport but the Kantharyar branch was the one that caught coffee lovers’ attention. Among its four branches, Kantharyar and The Secretariat branches must be the most popular. We’re going to revisit there one day.
Event you should check out
This weekend, Kokkoya will hold a clothes-swapping event. Exchange your old but good-conditioned clothes with others’ clothes to develop the habit of recycling garments. Check this link for more info.

The sun is shining and the weather is just perfect for pool parties. On 3 Dec (Saturday), join the pool party at Meliá Yangon outdoor swimming pool.
