Secret Taste is kicking off the new season with their fresh seafood menu, the “Seafood Platter” as a welcome to the upcoming month. This set menu includes six different dishes created by talented chef Zin Maw Win who is managing Secret Taste restaurant as an executive chef.

 

Butter-poached river prawn

 

It is a fresh water prawn boiled and cooled after 4 minutes in butter and fish stock, served with Green Apple Gel and Cocktail Sauce.

 

Poached Ngapali Lobster

 

Ngapali lobster is a dish boiled and cooled in butter and fish stock for 4 minutes and should be served with cocktail sauce and Thai sauce.

 

Tuna Tartare

 

𝗧𝘂𝗻𝗮 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗲 with avocado, tomato, green chili, onion, parsley seeds lemonade, tuna salad marinated with black & white Sesame, sesame oil, Salt & pepper, and sour cream are prepared layer by layer on top of the Salad Layer, which is proportionally combined with Salt & Pepper.

 

Saku Carpaccio of Scallop

 

Sliced ​​scallop marinated in Wasabi, Ginger Dressing with lime should be eaten.

 

Oyster

 

Special oyster created with Citrus Gel, Herb Oil, Lime, and Shallot Vinegar from Orange Juice & Lime Juice.

 

Homemade Salmon gravlax

 

The unique Salmon Gravlax, marinated with Coriander Seed, Lime Zest & Lemon Zest, Star Anise, Sugar, Salt. Sour cream Salmon Gravlax served with Beetroot Caviar.

 

The whole set costs only 60,000 Ks which I think is quite fair for such aesthetic plates. Better reserve for tables if you like to experience the luxury dishes.
