The bungalow fees begin at Ks30,000. You can’t stay the night but you can stay until the farmhouse closes. TM Farm raises dairy cows so you can observe the milk production business. They also run a restaurant. The entry fee is only Ks1,000.

Nicknamed “38 Mile Inle”, this farmhouse locates at 38 Miles on the Yangon-Mandalay highway. You can take a boat trip on the Bago river, swim in the private pool and have hearty meals. With all these services included, a day trip is only Ks20,000 (9am – 5pm) and you can stay the night for Ks35,000 (9am – 9am). Don’t forget to bring your own sanitation products if you plan to stay the night.

This urban farm is just a stone’s throw from downtown Yangon. They don’t accept nightly visitors but you can learn organic farming, walk in the garden and drink coffee at a cafe open from Wednesday to Sunday. It also holds community events occasionally so follow its Facebook.
