New things we have noted
The renewed vitality in Yangon’s F&B scene is noteworthy. There are 4-5 new bars, cafes and restaurants popping up every two weeks and this is just on our radar. Stay tuned for new rounds of new places. Meanwhile check out our latest post.
Food we can’t get enough of
Sushi! It’s delicious once you’re accustomed to its fishy smell. Japanese food in general is healthy and low in calories. Check out our editorial staff’s latest article on a Japanese restaurant here.
Place we are revisiting
O’Thentic has been around for six years. That counts for something in the Yangon F&B industry especially when it emphasises French cuisine which is more or less stranger to Myanmar people. We’ll visit there again just to see the magic behind its staying power.
Event we will visit
We’re gonna taste wine this Friday. Four glasses of different new incoming wines (2 Red & 2 White wines) will only cost Ks20,000. CIAO (Italian Specialties) will be offering their delicious homemade cheese and cold-cut platters. Food will be charged separately though.
