Yangon has experienced frequent blackouts these days. Whether you are a student who has to sit online exams or freelancers with an approaching deadline, check out these spaces for comfort and secure internet. We tried to include every budget option. The individual seat (or Hot Desk as they call it) in the co-working space comes at US$20 per day (9am – 5:30pm) and $200/month with a locker. Booking is required. A 4-person room costs $920 for a month. The rooms with window views are no longer available for this category. There are bigger rooms that can accommodate over 15 people. The services include electricity, wifi, complimentary coffee and tea, and reception for rooms. The co-working space is closed on weekends and public holidays but the private rooms are accessible.

Although there is no co-working space, the 2-person rooms are available at $15-20/desk per hour. If you take it half or full day, the rate can be negotiable. The monthly rate will go around $250/desk. Private rooms that can accommodate up to six people are available for monthly or annual leases. The hours are 9am – 5pm but you can access on weekends and holidays.

They rent air-conditioned working spaces at Ks5,000 (around $2.5) for an hour. If you come in a group, they can accommodate you in 10-person rooms for Ks9,600/hr. Expect to pay Ks5,000 more for generator fees during blackouts. The operation hours are from 9am to 5pm.
