One unexpected event after another. It has been an incredibly tough time for everyone to keep moving forward, and businesses often take breaks to adjust to the changes. Le Cellier, Wine Bar & Restaurant has recently relaunched and it is as strong as ever!
Chef Htun Htun, Chef & Director of Le Cellier, believes in the availability of alternatives and gaining new opportunities along the way. It is never simple to adapt to new challenges, but understanding the big picture and rebuilding oneself step by step is considered as part of the process.
Every day, chef and his team keep the passion burning. They have taken the time to improve every aspect in terms of concept, décor, and service performances.
“As long as you love what you do and keep the passion, you won’t give up and will find the way to reinvent yourself,” says Chef Htun Htun.
In today’s world, the new normal sets the standards for hygiene to become a key priority. Le Cellier was able to comply with MOHS guidelines as well as receiving ALLSAFE certification due to the rapid adaptability of the team.
It means that Le Cellier has passed more than 100 requirements and comply with 16 global commitments to satisfy international sanitary standards. Chef Htun Htun believes that keeping the team together during the renovation is crucial since it is easier to collaborate when the team is able to embrace their own abilities.
As a matter of fact, this was the reason behind the rapid process of adaptability to the current situation.
Chef maintains a strong relationship with the team, but his passion is even closer.
“ The main reason for becoming a chef is, I want to share my love and passion for food! When I was young, I realized that the kitchen was going to be my space to express myself and for the products of nature to be my voice.”
Le Cellier has now returned with new savouring gourmets on the table. When creating a new menu, Chef’s inspiration was simple.
The main inspiration behind creating exquisite dishes was nature. Chef Htun Htun said, “Beauties of nature always amaze me and inspire me to draw my stories through my dishes.”
“Loving what I do makes me believes that every day is an opportunity to play, cook, give and inspire” – Chef Htun Htun
One of the things Chef and his team share in common is passion. Every day is an opportunity to express their passion through food enthusiastically. ‘Fine Gastro’ dishes are created with fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients as well as highlighted, signature grills and roasts such as homemade meatballs, BBQs, Seafoods, and various types of meats.
