As the Yangon reaches peak season for eating and drinking outdoor, a new offering has popped up at Star City Golf Course – Gravity Bar. Mainly for golfers, it opens up for the public after 5 pm and oh have the public found it! Quite a few people are coming over every day to enjoy a beer and bbq with the golf course as a backdrop. It is nothing fancy. Benches are put out with “social distances” between them, and a stand offers drinks of all kinds plus a simple menu of BBQ items. In the current situation this is one of the few places to get together, but keep in mind the risks of having people around you and act safely wearing a mask and keep the distance.
