A statement released by Ministry of Hotels and Tourism has now clarified that there are no restrictions for foreigners to travel in Myanmar.
There have previously been restrictions against the entry of foreigners by respective regional governments and organizations due to COVID-19, but these are now removed and there are no more restrictions for foreigners to travel to certain places domestically except – if they are residents in Insein Township, which is included in stay home order by the government.
