It has been a devastating period for everyone. With the total number of cases jumping up vividly in Myanmar, It is very important to stay home and be safe. It’s something that brings boredom to us and we don’t have many options to kill it — watch movies or read books, play games or some exercises to try at home. For ladies, this is also a perfect time to take care of your physical beauty, which we did not have time before with our work, school and other stuff. So, here are some of the home beauty tips that we can try at home for silky hair, glowing skin and healthier life.

Let’s start from the hair, shall we?

Take a break from heat

It is true that blow drying makes our wet hair easier to be styled and it also saves time. But when at home, it is better to take a break from blow drying and let your hair be dry naturally. It will help you avoid the negative effects of the heat damage.

Face

Do not skip your skincare routine

Since there is extra time at home, it is important to focus on your daily skincare routine. The basic steps of a regular routine such as cleansing, toner, serum, eye cream and moisturizer should not be missed out.

Clean your makeup brushes

It is now time to clean your makeup brushes, which you have been using for so long before (and might have not cleaned regularly before). Clean makeup brushes will prevent you from having breakouts and bacteria on your skin.

Nail

Avoid nail polish for a while

Take a break from all those dark nail polishes while at home. Cut your nails short, make them healthy with nail strengthener or lemon juice to brighten your nail and remove stains (which I do very often).

Body

Start your workout plan

Now is the best chance to start your workout plan. You can’t go to fitness centres for some period now, yet you can still work out at home and do some yoga.
