Holi is a popular Hindu festival, originating from India. It is celebrated predominantly in India, but has also spread to other areas of Asia and parts of the Western world through the diaspora from the Indian subcontinent, which now came to Yangon several years ago. Last Sunday, Hindu residents in Yangon altogether with local/foreign friends celebrated Holi at Kandawgyi Park with music, dances and entertainments.
