Last Friday The Pansodan Burmese Brasserie served a Four Hands Dinner and launched Red Room, a new cocktail lounge on the second floor.

Singapore’s Michelin-starred Chef Malcolm Lee joined hands with The Pansodan’s Chef Arkar Kyaw (the winner of MasterChef Myanmar Season-2) and presented the best of both worlds. Chef Lee’s Peranakan specialties went hand in hand with Chef Arkar’s Myanmar classics, like Rakhine Monti and Grilled Chili Chicken, which is a must-try. Another MasterChef alum, Kaung Kin Htet, assisted them.
