Opened in January 2017, Flexth Yoga studio provides 3 essential factors for physical fitness: flexibility, strength and mobility. The founder of the studio, Ms. Thida, has finished yoga courses in Singapore and India then in January 2017, she started her own yoga studio in Yangon. She focuses on 3 types of yoga – Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga and Prenatal yoga. York Yoga Corner
Run by local and international enthusiasts, York Yoga Corner is fused together with a yoga and dance studio.
