Do you know that you could be the winner of the KBZ Entrepreneur of The Year 2019?

KBZ Bank is looking for 2019’s ‘KBZ Entrepreneur of the Year’ as part of the MYANMORE Dining & Nightlife Awards 2019. KBZ Bank believes in supporting the ambition, resilience and care it takes to start a business in the food and beverage industry. This year, we are calling for entrepreneurs to put themselves forward for the award by submitting a short video introducing themselves and their business.

To submit your video, please include a YouTube or other video platform link, together with your name and submit it at https://goo.gl/forms/5LpKvPh516Tg4p2E3.

All dining and nightlife related businesses are welcome to submit a video.

Your submission video must include the following:

(1) Introduce yourself and your business.
(2) Take us for a walk around your business, for example, take us to the kitchen and introduce us to the staffs.

Answer the following questions:

(1). What is your vision for your business in the future and what is the most important milestone you will measure your success by?

(2). What has been the biggest challenge you have faced so far on your entrepreneurial journey?

(3). What would access to financial support do for your business and what plan do you have for how you would use a loan or financing support?

All submissions should be in Myanmar language.

Details of the Award:

  • The final winner will be selected by public vote.
  • The award includes advice and access* to SME financial support from KBZ Bank.
  • The winner will also be entitled to a monthly mentoring session with a Deputy CEO from KBZ Bank (for 6 months).

As we’ve launched our mobile wallet, KBZPay which allows you to form partnerships with 39,000 merchants, many of which include businesses started by entrepreneurs in the dining and nightlife industry. We, KBZ Bank would like to encourage all entrepreneurs to participate and submit their applications to join the “KBZ Entrepreneur of The Year 2019”.

*Candidates will be assessed in accordance with the regulations and policies of KBZ Bank.
