Pure Gold – Upcycling and design exhibition at Goethe-Institut from 10am
Transforming rubbish into useful and beautiful objects: that’s the ambitious intention of this extraordinary exhibition. The original showcase consists of 76 exhibits produced by 53 designers from all over the world. It will be shown at Yangon’s iconic Secretariat where we expect thousands of young visitors.
First Christmas Bazaar at The Pegu Club from 3pm
The Pegu Club’s first ever Christmas Bazaar is in support of the KT Care Foundation. All proceeds raised will support the KT Care Foundation which provides education, healthcare, emergency relief and preparation services to the vulnerable population of Myanmar. Join in a stunning heritage venue and be merry for an evening of caroling, kids activities, Santa Claus, drinks, food and live music. Adult tickets cost $55 and kid tickets cost $25.
Rangoon 808 Festival at Thuwunnabhumi Event Park from 4pm

Serpentine by Soe Yu Nwe at Myanm/art from 6pm
Myanm/art presents Serpentine, an exhibition by Soe Yu Nwe from the 15th until the 29th December. Creating intricate sculptures out of ceramic and glass, Soe Yu Nwe explores the theme of alienation as a cultural outsider.
The Burma Cartel Vol.7 at LEVEL 2 from 9:30pm
