Arguably Yangon’s best known pizzeria, Parami Pizza, has launched its new menu. Known for its signature Neapolitan pizzas, baked with simple ingredients (raw tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese, fresh basil, olive oil) in a wood-fired oven, the restaurant also has a range of antipasti, salads, pastas, mains and mouth watering desserts.

They have recently updated their menu with new items—one being Truffled Polenta Bites (6,000 kyats) with minced corn fries in wheat served with homemade sauce. Parami invited MYANMORE to sample some dishes, including these bites which rocked the delicious scale quite easily with a potato and chicken meatball type taste.

New pizzas are the Tartufo E Funghi (14,000 kyats) with wild mushrooms, truffle, mozzarella, and the Di Pava (12,000 kyats) with tuna, onions, tomato, mozzarella, olives.

As a new snack, Parami has Fritto Misto (14,000 kyats) with lightly fried seafood, fennel & pumpkin, lemon, aioli—a great one to share and whet your appetite. If you’re ready to try out these new dishes, don’t forget the Seafood Ravioli (12,000 kyats), enhanced by the prawns, squid, artichoke, and cherry tomatoes.

The updated menu is available at all ParamI Pizza outlets (Parami Road, Sayar San, and Union, which has pizza only).
