Yangon’s streets were filled with revellers soaking one another from April 13-17 as Myanmar celebrated Thingyan Water Festival and the Myanmar calendar year 1380. This year was particularly wild with the return of the pandals—rickety pavilions, usually boasting blaring speakers. MYANMORE took to the streets to document the madness.
