D’Cuisine at Sedona has chosen its theme for this month: authentic Penang food.

The restaurant offers a wide range of authentic Penang food, proving its authenticity even in the kitchen, with chefs from Penang and other parts of Malaysia. Walking by the buffet, you can sense the sweet savory smell of all the dishes on display. The atmosphere proves to be lively yet calm.

For this month, the stars of the line-up ranges from traditional Penang Assam Laksa to Crispy Pie Tee Cup.

This wide-ranging menu is packed with flavors; each is different and complementing the other. Among all the dishes, the Penang Assam Laksa is one you should not miss. Each bite of it is a combination of sweet and sourness along with Char Koay Kuk, a rice cake fried with pickled radish and bean sprouts.

The smell of fish curry caught my attention. No doubt the taste was as good as the smell.   You can now discover the culture and diversity of Penang through the dishes without having to fly there.

Authentic Penang Eats at D’Cuisine takes place only in November. So don’t miss out on authentic Penang dishes that will leave you craving for more.

It is roughly US$25 USD for lunch; $33 for dinner on weekdays; $33 for brunch and $36 for dinner on weekends.
