Food lovers will definitely know what ‘YKKO’ is. YKKO is already a famous restaurant with lots of branches, not only in Yangon but also all around Myanmar.

Among the YKKO branches, YKKO Hledan Branch is spectacularly different from other branches, especially in the environment. This branch is spacious and beautifully decorated in garden style on the outside and indoor area. It will give you the different sense compared to other branches.

Moreover, private rooms are also available for those who want to have birthday party or family dinner.

The restaurant is located on a perfect spot where the surrounding neighborhood is extremely peaceful. Service is superb. All servers greeted us with smile, ready to serve and answer the entire questions whenever the customers have questions regarding the menu.

When it comes to food, the restaurant offers Chinese style foods plus, of course, the signature Kyay Oh dishes.

If you are new to Kyay-Oh, we recommend Pork Kyay- Oh. One unique point about YKKO Kyay-Oh is its pork. Their pork is well cooked and sterilized. Only after that they mixed the pork with noodle, soup and all other ingredients. So when you chew the pork, it’s soft and delicious plus hygienic.

Not only the Kyay-Oh, mutton barbeque is also the star of the meal, adding with 2 slices of baked bread and mashed potato or French fries. While having Kyay Oh style, if you add mutton barbeque, it is a perfect complement.

Another crispy menu is Fish Finger; thin, crunchy, exquisitely fired pieces of fish that acts as a balance of soft and subdued Kyay Oh. It can be ordered in single or set with garlic fried rice and steamed rice.

For the drinks, Red Zee Juice (700 kyats) and Than Bu (Tin) are the most consumed drinks all the time. The price is reasonable and it goes well with Kyay-Oh.

Final thought for this YKKO Hledan Branch, it is a unique YKKO branch and definitely worth spending an important time in this restaurant.
