Olea offers modern interpretations of classic Tapas, Tagines, Grills and more – there is something on the menu to surprise and delight every guest. Olea is the tradition and love that goes into every dish that adds vibrancy and familiarity to every meal. It is the same philosophy of passion and togetherness that is at the core of Olea’s kitchen team.

“At Olea, we keep one eye on the past by sourcing culturally vital ingredients and adhering to traditional and time-honored preparation methods, while the other looks forward; innovating and evolving to excite and invigorate on every visit.

Freshness and quality of produce are at the heart of our menu and we welcome you to take this culinary journey with us” said by the executive chef, Mr. Paul Wieser.

“In wine there is truth”, and peace and calm as well. Wine is the essence of unforgettable moments and its history is as long as humanity itself. Olea respectfully pairs culinary tradition with extensive wine list, marrying them in perfect harmony.

And Olea’s Director of F&B, Mr. Rene Bennett says “Olea cellar seeks to pay homage to this thousand-year-old tradition while highlighting the culinary expertise of our kitchen team. It contains over 120 wines from 9 different countries, priced from US $32 up until US $2,100”.
