SunBoxx Beach Party Weekend // Promoted by Dog & Bone Parties // @ Eskala Resort, Ngwe Saung // March 18th – 20th
SunBoxx is happening this weekend and the final day to buy tickets to this beach party is this Thursday, March 17th. The DJ line up has been finalized and is quite good. Extremely good. Not only have we collected the cream of Yangon’s DJs in one place, including Yu KT, DJ Fisewook, Karl Ross and Killamangeorgia, we also have Sy flying back in for another face-melting dawnhunter session on Saturday night/Sunday morning.
The biggest boost is bringing acclaimed DJ/producer James What- veteran of Fabric (London), Sonar Festival (Barcelona), Fusion Festival (Berlin) and, best of all, Robot Heart/Burning Man (Black Rock City) to the party. James has collaborated with Crosstown Rebels boss Damien Lazarus, is one half of the celebrated duo Berkson & What, and is co-founder of the Modelmaker label. A DJ of this calibre has never hit Myanmar’s shores to our knowledge and we cannot wait to see what he lets loose on the crowd down in Ngwe Saung.
