On the Road to Mandalay

The most charming way to get to Mandalay, though not the quickest is by train. We departed from Yangon’s dilapidated colonial central station at 6am. There are various other departure times, but considering it’s a 16 hour trip (if it’s on time)…

A Truffle Extravaganza at The Strand

Truffles Dinner

The theme of the dinners will have a simple focus on truffles with a small modern twist with garnish. Fresh truffles from France, Italy and the Southern Himalayas will be served. The Chef will slice the fresh Italian black winter truffle at the table.
